Cole Alexander and Meghan Ramsey are students in the eighth
grade at Mendenhall Middle School in Livermore, CA. They chose the subject of Francis Scott Key as their National History
Day project. They wish to express thanks to all who assisted them especially The Flag House in Baltimore, MD., the Maryland
